About

I'm Chase Burns. In my youth, like any other child, I was always drawing. The big difference is that I never stopped. Because of this, I ended up graduating with a BFA in Illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in 2025. I've always been interested in science fiction and old things that were once popular but now fly under the radar. I especially love comic books and giant robot anime (as if you couldn't tell from the stuff on my website).

I also do my fair share of graphic design. I love visuals and design languages generally, and I think it's a very fun challenge to make things fit together while also maintaining a certain feel, or occasionally trying to make something very new and experimental. It's especially fun to work with other artists (or under a system of art direction), because you have to figure out how their style works and what works alongside it. Collaborations are neat!
